Step 2: Connect, Negotiate, Generate FCO

  • All negotiations occur inside private dashboards, Details remain Hidden as USER ID's until Contracts agreed
  • Suppliers generate professional Standardised Full Corporate Offers (FCO) Directly on Platform.
  • Once FCO signed and returned to Supplier, along with the buyers ICPO, then the Supplier may share confidential documents with Buyer, in secure Document vault.

Step 3: Sign & Settle

Close deals with confidence.

  • Sign: Execute the FCO, Issue ICPO and then SPA issued with secure time and location-stamped digital signatures.
  • Verify: Supplier submits UN MLETR-compliant Digital shipping documents. (or Blockchain Digital documents) Buyer’s bank confirms authenticity.
  • Pay: Funds flow directly from Buyer’s bank to Supplier’s bank by mutually agreed Currency & method (SWIFT, CIPS, UPI, Pix etc)
  • Release: Goods ship only after Buyer Payment confirmation to Supplier. Comdexa never handles funds.
