Verified Workflow:
Digital signatures Applied only after the full verification is complete. Identity verified KYC/KYB/UOB, Documents validated (SGS/BL’s), Logistics confirmed (AIS, Satellite, Cargo proof) Sanctions & ESG screening. China Access only – CIFER/GACC registration & SASAC alignment.
Audit Trail: Comdexa retains time-stamped, immutable record flow (ICPO-FCO-SPA) Records serve both parties for legal & audit purposes.
Neutral Role: We do not monitor or approve terms – we log user-submitted documents for transparency and record keeping.
Payment & Settlement:

Trade Settlement:
Buyer pays Supplier Independently and Directly via agreed bank channels – SWIFT, CIPS, UPI, TT and regional RTGS.

Your Data, Your Control: We never share, sells or monetise your Data.
Non-Custodial by Design: We never hold or touch supplier funds – you retain full control via your own banking channels.

Regulatory Compliance: Strict adherence to the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) in Switzerland & General Data Protection Registration (GDPR) in Europe. China – Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), Data Security Law (DSL) and Cybersecurity Law (CSL) requirements. We ensure superior privacy protection compared to most jurisdictions
Contractual Protection
Non-Circumvention: Buyers and Suppliers may sign an NCNDA alongside the SPA. Comdexa does not impose, enforce or arbitrate NCNDA’s, It’s entirely between the parties (Buyer & Supplier).
36-Month Clause: Once registered, suppliers and buyers are contractually bound by a non-circumvention clause in our Suppliers site user agreement. Suppliers and Buyers sign separate agreements.
Audit Trail Enforcement: Immutable audit logs from (ICPO-FCO-SPA) serve as primary evidence for enforcing arbitration or court action if required.
Platform Neutrality
Payment Rail Agnostics: We don’t favor one banking system over another, be it SWIFT, CIPS, UPI – Continuity in trade matters more than banking preference.
